Hearts for Justice

Together with HeARTS for Justice & Swords to Plowshares Northeast, Eli’s Garden of Healing invites the community to join us this Saturday at Town Center Park for the creation of a special community art piece titled Weaving Hope during the 4th annual HeARTs for Justice festival from 12-6.
About the Weaving Hope:
Community members can select from an assortment of yarn representing various textures and colors as they choose a piece which resonates with them on the topic of hope and healing.
Swords to Plowshares will be providing hearts created from forged gun barrels which participants can weave into a loom.
Collectively Weaving Hope will represent the hope and inspiration our community seeks for forging safer communities and healing.
